In Bond Charge	Trailer Demurrage (after 24 hours free time)

Load Transfer if required or requested	Weekend Pickup or Delivery

Administration Charges	• Driver cash collect fee of 2% of freight charges ($10.00 Minimum) • Copy fee of $2.00 per BOL or POD copy • Reversal of charges fee of $10.00 per bill

City of New York and Suburbs	• Minimum $75.00 depending on commodity

C.O.D. Service	• 6% of C.O.D. amount • $25.00 Minimum, $200.00 Maximum

Expedited Service	• Subject to additional charges at time of shipment

In Bond Charge (U.S. Funds)	• $50.00 TL flat rate • Subject to Storage Charges

Load Transfer if required or requested	• $150.00 and/or $85.00 per hour (whichever is greater)

Over Dimensional Charges	• Negotiated at the time of booking based on size, routes and destination

Pilot Cars Service	• Cost of pilot service plus 15% administrative fee

Tarp Charge	• $75.00 for tandem/Tri Axle trailers • $125.00 for Super B's • Heavy Haul loads to be negotiated based on sizes

Time Allotment & Charges for Pickup and Delivery	• 2 hours free, $100.00 per hour after free time, charged in 1/2 hour increments

Trailer Demurrage (after 24 hours free time)	• $75.00 per 24 hour period

Weekend Pickup or Delivery	• Negotiated at the time of booking

Accessorial Services Charges for Accessorial Services requested by the Consignee that are not authorized by the original Bill of Lading, will be the responsibility of the Debtor named on the original Bill of Lading.
